STEP 1

We inspect the condition of your fur coat to ensure the coat is suited for our remodeling process. The fur coat that is not suited for remodeling is returned to you before starting any work.

STEP 2

Tear down

How can an old fur coat become a completely new fur knit product? How to make fur yarn.

Once your fur coat passes the inspection, your fur coat is carefully disassembled. Then, these fur coat pieces are sliced into narrow strips.

STEP 3

Fur yarn making

Fur coat upcycling secret. New fur yarn made from an old fur coat.

Fur yarn is, then, produced from the fur strips utilizing our unique process and excellent craftsmanship.

STEP 4

Machine knitting

Fur yarn is manually knitted to your measurements with the knitting machine.

Some items are hand-knitted if required.

STEP 5

Finishing/Inspection

New soft fur knit jacket made from an old fur coat.

Knitted fur pieces are assembled to become a new fur knit jacket that is tailored to you. When completed, your new fur knit jacket is carefully inspected. If everything is good, your new fur jacket is shipped to you.
